The Hilton Birmingham Metropole Hotel offers four on-site dining choices:
The Boulevard Restaurant provides relaxed dining at the hotel. Boulevard offers buffet-style breakfast, lunch and dinner, with an international selection of dishes. The restaurant is open between 7am and 10am for breakfast, 12.30pm and 2pm for lunch and between 7pm and 10pm for lunch.
La Primavera offers a more formal setting and a Mediterranean atmosphere in which to enjoy an evening meal. This restaurant is typically open between 7pm and 10pm but may be closed during off-peak times.
Millers Gastropub has a conservatory setting, and has a filling pub-style menu and a good cocktail selection. Millers is open between 6pm and 10pm Monday to Sunday.
Finally, the hotel’s Lounge Bar offers an all day bar and drinks menu and is a great place to enjoy a little sports television. The lounge is open 24hours a day for guests.
Guests also have the option of 24hr room service. Kosher and vegetarian choices are available.
